CHART is our serial correlation between previous COMPASS workups on the same patient, the intervening clinical actions, and the current COMPASS workup.
CHART provides a complete clinical picture over time, correlating present results with prior findings to effectively:
- Assess residual disease
- Determine disease progression
- Identify changes in cytogenetics and/or FISH
- Evaluate clonal evolution
- Monitor response to treatment
CHART enables us to map a patient’s disease progression over time. NCCN Practice Guidelines recommend patients be followed by the same laboratory.
