Genoptix End of Year Schedule

FedEx is closed on December 25, 2019 and January 1, 2020 (no pickups or deliveries). Though regularly scheduled daily pick-ups will not occur on these holidays, we are available to pick up STAT cases or specimens where viability is a concern. Please call Client Services at 800.755.1605 to pick up STAT specimens on that day, press option 7.

Any specimens shipped from client locations on Tuesday, December 24th prior to the holiday will have an expected delivery date of Thursday, December 26th.

Any specimens shipped from client locations on Tuesday, December 31st prior to the holiday will have an expected delivery date of Thursday, January 2nd.
