Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH)

clinical use
High Sensitivity PNH Flow Cytometry aids in the diagnosis of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and monitoring of treatment response. The limit of detection is 0.01% for RBC and 0.1% or better for WBC.

specimen type and requirements
Preferred: Peripheral blood: 5-6 mL in EDTA (purple-top) tube. Sodium heparin (green-top) tube is also acceptable.
Note: Use refrigerated cold pack for transport. Make sure cold pack is not in direct contact with specimen.
DO NOT FREEZE. Transport to lab ASAP.
